Swedish statement on Human Rights and Internet

At the IGF 2010 in Vilnius, Lithuania, Johan Hallenborg from Swedish Foreign Ministry made a statement that makes me proud both living in Sweden, and have the favour of discussing these issues both with Johan personally, the Swedish Foreign Ministry and other parts of the Swedish Government.
