SAS has more problems, but not their fault!

When flying south today from Stockholm, the flight was delayed (again). One could think SAS was to blame, and sure many people said I will take the train next time (as if SJ was better), but I think Luftfartsverket and the lack of ATC people was creating the delay. On top of the lack of personel, rumors say the ATC people want more than 22% rise, or else they will go on strike.

Is the whole air traffic system in Sweden on its way to collapse?
