Labeling of broadband products

In todays number of Computer Sweden there was an article on a project on labeling of broadband products. The project started as a discussion item within the working group on IT Infrastructure and Broadband, initiated by the Swedish Government IT Policy Advisory Group. The report that is the basis for the recommendation can be found here.

Of course similar work is done for example in ITU-T in the form of Y.1541, but I do not think they measure things that matters for consumers (or for services for that matter).
