Now when we have got some ethernet outlets on the floor, more people tries to be online during the session. This doesn’t work as rumors say that the greek organizer has a wireless system that has a maximum number of users simultanously. Now there are several SSIDs in the hotel, and one that seems to work is in the bar. Or at least some connectivity in the bar. There are a few outlets there as well – and beer. So at the moment I am sittin in the bar trying to sync my mail. The bad thing is that the wireless is so bad (DHCP seems to timeout because of extremely short lease time) that syncing does not work. I can not watch the sessions either. Notices on what happens I actually at the moment get from people in Sweden watching the webcast…
The real reason why I am not in the main room is though a telephone conference I was suppose to call in to. The numbers i have did not work though. Not from my cell. So I am going to leave the wireless here, go to my hotel room, and check to dial in.
At least I have electricity there…
