In Sweden since a while back, information about various stresses (crises) on the society is collected under one roof, the website http://www.krisinformation.se/. As far as I understand they got information about Twitter not much more than a week ago. Maybe they have read about it before that, but, instead of as some organisations say we are investigating and thinking about what we should do about social network (without participating), they just threw themselves into the sea of Twitter.
They have even written a very good guide on how one can follow them on Twitter. Go to our Twitter page http://twitter.com/krisinformation and click Follow etc.
