Separation of the layers in the Internet Architecture

I have not talked much on this blog about the two very important decisions made by the Swedish Government lately. The first decision was on April 19 regarding separation of the access network from the services. The regulator PTS is to report back no later than June 15. The second decision was on April 26 regarding a more effective process related to regulatiive decisions.

Both of these decisions by the government show to me something is happening in Sweden.
