A new character in Unicode?

My friend Lars-Johan Liman at Cafax took this picture and sent it to me. He carefully points out he does not recognize the character that probably would be a COMMERCIAL AT WITH RING ABOVE. A suggestion for Unicode version 19?

UPDATE: Lars-Johan Liman has found the website for this company. They use this character on their site, which I think is kind of cool.
