Creeper

Creeper is an online service that keep track of access to webpages from certain IP address blocks. The idea is that people by placing the icon on a webpage get access to that page logged, and categorized according to what IP address blocks are accessing the image.

The idea is to collect some data on access to webpages from the police etc in Sweden, as part of the integrity debate.
