The tax payers have to pay 33 billion SEK for Gallileo

I wrote earlier that the Galileo system is in economical crisis. In an article today, Christer Berner say that the tax payers will pay, and that the EC will find the money. This is going from bad (at the start of the project) via worse to really really bad.
