Do the government understand they have to pay more?

Minister Mats Odell, Minister for Local Government and Financial Markets, say in an article that it is not good that some services delivered by ISPs died when being attacked. Mr Odell say that higher requirements have to be set on they who deliver services to the Government. That is fine, and what I have advocated for many years. What I hope he understand though is that they as a result of asking for better toys also have to pay more. I do not want to be negative, so lets say they do!
