Los Cardos Chardonnay, Argentina

Had the wine Los Cardos Chardonnay from Argentina. I was hoping the wine would be a typical crisp dry chardonnay, was afraid it would be a chipped thick butter like thing. It was neither. It was pretty thick, not much oak, but very tasty wine with a lot of fruit. I am not a white wine expert, but I think I knew chardonnay. So, conclusion is that I think I liked this wine somewhat which surprises me a bit. On the other hand, if I wanted a wine that is more heavy and not crisp, I would go for something else than chardonnay.
