How to come up with strategic plans...

Many people think Internet people are joking when they say napkins and beer are used when really coming up with good great plans. This time, in Brussels (as you can see on the beer), napkins where not used for the actual writing, but close… Topics for this discussion? IPv6 deployment, NGN and what is really in the head of people that make policy. A friend of mine once said to a journalist that we designed the network in a bar, but luckily we did not implement until the next day. So true.
