IGF in Rio starts

The IGF starts in Rio. We had 4 hours off Saturday when we could take a local bus downtown, have lunch, walk 10 minutes on the Ipanema beach, and then head back again. Local busses are cheap, but an adventure. 2-4 real for a 45 min bus ride (about €1).
