Interview with Maria Häll
In todays Computer Sweden (at least the online version - I have not fetched todays paper yet) there is an interview with Maria Häll. She explains her background starting as the first female student at (Updated:) Scool of Computer Science at Luleå University to the current position as a non-political position at the Department of IT Policy in the Swedish Government.
She in the article strongly pushes for the ability for the end user to buy services from whatever service provider the end user choses (instead of from a provider the ISP choses), and how important it is with good Internet connectivity for the government as public e-services must be accessible for anyone in Sweden regardless of ISP.
A good article that one should read, but of course it makes more sense if one understand Swedish.
