New proposed legislation on functional separation

The Swedish Government made available a proposal what I thought when the report was released.

In practice it is a change in the Swedish Implementation (Lag 2003:389) of the Electronic Communications Directive. The proposal is based on a report from PTS (PTS-ER-2007:18), and the summary of the public consultation is also available (Näringsdepartementet Ndr N2007/5721/ITP). No summary in English unfortunately.
