20cm of snow in Skåne

I have seen this image many many times. But I have no idea who originally took it. If someone know, please let me know. Correct credit should be given to the person that have this amount of humour. For people that do not know the geography of Sweden, Skåne is the southernmost county of Sweden and because of that snow is rare. In fact, I think we as an average have snow 2 weeks a year (and then more than this). So far this year, I guess this picture show the approximate amount of snow.
