Potato chips made from real potatoes!

At a meeting in Philadelphia, I found this bag of potato chips. It has, as you can see, chips made from real potatoes in it.

Being a bit sceptical, I of course checked the list on the back of the package to see whether it really was real potatoes in it (and how much), and to my surprise it seems it was actually potatoes the chips where made of.
