Victor Café, Philadelphia, USA

So I visited Victor Café in Philadelphia. The interesting part of this Italian restaurant was that the waiters now and then interrupted their normal work, and sung opera. Our waiter was one of the best. Food was not very good. Ok, but not better. Wine was good, but wine list extremely short. Good and cheap. Go there if you like a different kind of event. Downstairs (restaurant) is pretty crowded and noisy (even when the waiters are not singing) but upstairs looked cool. I wished I would have found “upstairs” earlier in the evening.
