As you can see here, Oscar Swartz did get the price awarded by Politikerbloggen for the best citizen journalist of the year ~~20078~~ 2008. The official motivation in Swedish is as follows:

utmanar nu de traditionella mediernas monopol på samhällsgranskning.
Nyhetspriset 2008, Årets medborgarjournalist, tilldelas Oscar Swartz.
I en tid där den personliga integriteten lever under ständiga hot har
Oscar Swartz gång på gång dragit ner byxorna på makten.
